DROB Privacy Policy

DROB respects user privacy. This policy explains how information may be collected, used, protected, retained, and shared when users access the DROB application and services.

Information we may collect

• Account and profile information, such as name and phone number.
• Authentication information, such as phone number and OTP verification data.
• Location or region information entered or selected by the user when required for a service.
• Order, transaction, and payment-status information where applicable.
• Images or files voluntarily uploaded by the user when such features are available.
• Technical data needed to operate the app, such as device type, OS version, notification tokens, and diagnostic/crash information where used.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide app features, process requests and transactions where applicable, send service notifications, provide support, improve performance, detect technical issues, and protect the service from misuse.

Sharing

We do not sell users' personal data. We may share only the data necessary with service providers that support hosting, authentication, notifications, communications, payments, analytics, or other app operations, or when disclosure is legally required.

Payments

Where electronic payments are available, payment information may be processed by an external payment provider. DROB does not intend to store full payment-card details unless explicitly disclosed and handled in accordance with applicable security requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information, although no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate security interests. Users with a DROB account may request deletion of their account and associated data through the in-app account deletion path or through the contact method below. Certain information may be retained where required by law or legitimate security needs.

Children's privacy

DROB is not intended to collect children's personal data in violation of applicable law or Google Play policies. If such data is identified as having been collected without the required legal basis or consent, appropriate deletion steps will be taken.

Third-party services

The app may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, notifications, communications, analytics, or payment processing. Such providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services and according to their applicable privacy terms.
